Standard shipping is included with every order at no additional charge.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately seven days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production demand, carrier delays, destination, weather, and other circumstances may affect timing.

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised or required timeframe, we will contact the customer to obtain consent to the delay or cancel and refund the unshipped order as required.

Custom products and returns

Each Mixtape Tees item is made specifically from the photo, names, product, color, and size selected by the customer. For that reason, custom items cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind once production has begun.

Cancellations before production

We will accommodate a cancellation or requested change if production has not yet begun. Email mixtapetees.support@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a request received after checkout will arrive before production starts.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us with the order number and clear photos. We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
