This policy explains what information Mixtape Tees processes when you create a design, place an order, visit the site, or contact us.

Information we process

• Photos you upload and the artist or group name and mixtape title you enter.
• Your selected product, color, size, generated design, and shared-design link.
• Order and fulfillment information, including name, email, shipping address, transaction identifiers, and order status.
• Device, browser, referral, page-view, interaction, and advertising-measurement information.
• Information you include when contacting customer support.

How we use information

We use information to generate and preview designs; process payment; print, ship, and support orders; operate and secure the service; understand site performance; measure advertising; prevent misuse; and comply with legal obligations.

Photos and generated designs

Uploaded photos are processed to isolate the main subject and create the requested design. The app's temporary photo, generated-image, and shared-design storage is designed to expire after approximately 24 hours. A generated order image is provided to our fulfillment provider so the custom product can be printed and shipped.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the store, including Replit for hosting, OpenAI-powered services for background artwork generation, Stripe for checkout and payment processing, Printful for product mockups, printing, and fulfillment, and Google Analytics and Reddit advertising tools for measurement. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Mixtape Tees does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Retention

Temporary app images and design links are designed to expire after approximately 24 hours. Order, payment, fulfillment, support, security, and analytics records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

Sharing

We disclose information to service providers as needed to operate the store and fulfill orders, when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell uploaded customer photos.

Your choices

You may use browser controls to limit cookies or similar technologies, although some features may not work as intended. To ask about your information, email mixtapetees.support@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Mixtape Tees is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
