Terms of Use

These terms cover ready-designed apparel purchased from The Classics. The Custom Shop Terms cover products you personalize with uploaded photos and generated artwork.
Products and previews
The Classics offers existing artwork on apparel printed after you order. Review the artwork, product, color, and size carefully before beginning checkout. Colors and placement can vary slightly between a screen preview and a physical printed product.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed through Stripe. An order is subject to acceptance, successful payment, product availability, and our ability to fulfill it. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fulfill or that violates these terms.
Shipping, cancellations, and returns
Standard shipping is included with every order at no additional charge.
Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately seven days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Production demand, carrier delays, destination, weather, and other circumstances may affect timing.
If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised or required timeframe, we will contact the customer to obtain consent to the delay or cancel and refund the unshipped order as required.
Made-to-order products and returns
Each Classics item is printed after you order, using the artwork, product, color, and size you select. Made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded because of a change of mind once production has begun.
Cancellations before production
We will accommodate a cancellation or requested change if production has not yet begun. Email mixtapetees.support@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that a request received after checkout will arrive before production starts.
Problems with an order
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us with the order number and clear photos. We will review the circumstances and work toward an appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, automate abusive requests, introduce harmful code, or use the service to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may correct errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms excludes obligations or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
